A connection could not be made to all of the primary base stations controlling your systems listed here. A system must be online and connected in order to change the password. Check the base station connection and try again by clicking the BACK button.

You can choose to proceed anyway by ignoring offline systems, but the offline systems will require the primary base station to be reset to default and a new URC Programming Key generated, and then downloaded to the system. If at all possible, get your systems online instead.
